Project management
Project management is a primary discipline in EnviDan and at the same time an integrated and natural part of our everyday work. Our project managers have a number of tools available that enable them to manage both large and small projects to obtain the right balance between time and documentation.
Our Quality and Environmental Management System is ISO certified, and our procedures ensure that nothing falls between the cracks. However we, at the same time, respect that flexibility and agility are key words in our project solutions. Therefore our procedures are adapted to a suitable level of complexity according to each individual project.
Custommade internal courses for project managers
To us it is important that our project managers have a high level of professional knowledge and are able to contribute to the projects with qualified solutions or professional sparring for the project.
We therefore have our own project manager training, which is composed of relevant subjects that are adapted to the way we carry out projects in EnviDan. We have external teachers when needed, but we also make use of internal experts for passing on their knowledge when relevant.
